About Us
Requiem Trend is a brand created in rebellion to 'fast fashion', morphing from a casual blog into an accessories line has been a slow and thought out journey. At Requiem Trend we strive to create thought out designs with longevity in mind, and want our customers to be with us for the long term.
With design inspired by creative director Christine's childhood growing up at her parents steel fabrication workshop juxtaposed with her love of racing fashions and artist Joanna Roberts' aluminium headpieces. Requiem Trend invokes clean architectural lines yet is fused with the warmth of handmade leather craftsmanship, offering a unique product in a world full of copycats.

A Word from creative director Christine Spielmann:
I Initially started a blog named 'Requiem for a Trend' in 2013 as a 'last word on current trends before they died out' beacause style is forever and never dies out. The now defunct blogspot is not only the namesake of "RequiemTrend" the label but the rationale for starting a "Slow Style" brand. I wanted to stop complaining about the moral and ethical issues of the current fashion world (essentially what my blog did - oops!) and offer an alternative.
